Cheese Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 8 oz. Cream Cheese
    1 Tbsp. A1 Steak Sauce
    1 Tbsp. Heinz 57
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
    1 Tbsp. Pickapeppa sauce
    Pecan Pieces
Preparation
    Put room temperature cream cheese in a large bowl.
    Add all sauces.
    Mix together with hands or use the dough hooks on an electric mixer.
    Mix well.
    Shape into 2 log rolls or one large ball.
    Roll in pecan pieces.
    Wrap in wax paper or aluminum foil to store in fridge.
    Serve with Ritz crackers.
