Christmas Casserole Cookies(Date Ball) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. pitted dates, cut up (1 c.)
1 c. coconut
1 c. coarsely chopped nuts
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. almond extract

Preparation

Beat eggs with rotary beater.
Add sugar; beat well.
Blend in remaining ingredients.
Turn into an ungreased 2-quart casserole. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
While still hot, beat well with wooden spoon.
Cool; form into small balls.
Roll in granulated sugar.
Decorate if you wish.
