Sausage Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 loaves frozen bread, thawed
    1 (1 lb.) pkg. pork sausage
    1 (1 lb.) pkg. ground beef
    1 (5 oz.) can tomato sauce
    12 oz. Mozzarella cheese
    Parmesan cheese
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 tsp. each: basil, oregano, salt and pepper
Preparation
    Fry meat with onion and spices.
    Drain.
    Add only enough tomato sauce to moisten.
    Grease 2 cookie sheets (and hands). Spread dough on sheets.
    Layer meat mix and both cheeses.
    Roll and pinch ends (or use toothpicks).
