No Peek Beef Tips - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. cubed beef stew meat
    1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
    1 (4 oz.) can mushroom pieces
    1/2 pkg. dry onion soup mix
    1 c. ginger ale (or cooking wine)
Preparation
    Layer in a 2-quart casserole in order given.
    Cover and bake 3 hours in a 300\u00b0 oven.
    (Do not peek.)
    Serve over rice or noodles.
