Ingredients

1 box pineapple cake mix
2 small cans crushed pineapple
1 box French vanilla instant pudding
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Cool Whip
1 small can coconut (if you like)
Preparation

Mix cake mix as directed and bake.
Cool cake and cut layers in half.
Mix French vanilla pudding and drained pineapple together and then fold in Cool Whip.
Frost cake and chill until served.
