Easter Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    15 eggs
    1 qt. milk
    black pepper to taste
    salt to taster
Preparation
    Pour milk into saucepan and bring to a boil. Beat eggs slightly and gradually add to the milk.
    Cook over low heat for about 7 minutes. Add pepper and salt. Stir constantly so mixture will
    not scorch.
    Pour mixture into a linen towel.
    Squeeze and tie securely.
    Hang and let drain for 2 hours. Cover with wet napkin and place in refrigerator.
