Seafood Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked rice
    1 can crabmeat (12 oz.; best if fresh)
    1 1/2 lb. shrimp, boiled
    1 onion, chopped
    3/4 c. green pepper, chopped
    1 c. celery, chopped
    1 c. mushrooms
    3/4 stick margarine
    small can pimento
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    dash of hot sauce (your taste)
    dash of Worcestershire (your taste)
    1 can canned milk
    juice of 1 lemon
    saltine crackers
Preparation
    Cook the onion, green pepper, celery and mushrooms in the 3/4 stick margarine until tender.
    Mix pimento, mayonnaise, salt, pepper, hot sauce, Worcestershire, canned milk and lemon juice, then add to other ingredients.
    Put in 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Crumble saltines on top.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
