Lemon Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lemons (juice and grated rind)
    1 c. sugar
    1 small pkg. lemon jello
    1 1/2 c. boiling water
    1 can Carnation skim milk
    1 stick oleo
    1 box (medium size) vanilla wafers
Preparation
    Combine jello and boiling water.
    Combine with lemon and sugar and allow to almost jell; then whip.
    Partially freeze Carnation milk, then whip until stiff.
    Combine with lemon mixture. Pour in large Pyrex dish over crust of oleo and vanilla wafers (save some to sprinkle on top).
    Refrigerate.
    Serves 16 to 18.
