Wine Camembert Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Camembert cheese
    3/4 c. white wine
    7 Tbsp. butter
    few drops Tabasco
    3 oz. flaked almonds
Preparation
    Place Camembert in small bowl and cover with wine.
    Cover; leave overnight.
    Next day, drain off wine; chop Camembert roughly.
    Put into small bowl.
    Add softened butter and Tabasco and beat on medium speed until smooth and well blended. Refrigerate 15 to 20 minutes.
    Shape cheese into original shape of Camembert.
    Roll top and sides in almonds, patting on firmly. Refrigerate until firm.
