Shrimp Chip Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
dash of garlic salt
dash of onion salt
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 tsp. horseradish mustard
1 can shrimp
milk to thin
