Pineapple Cheesecake With Pie Crust - cooking recipe

1 pie crust
2 c. frozen nondairy whipped topping, thawed
1 (8 oz.) pkg. light cream cheese, softened
1 c. confectioners sugar
1 c. (8 oz.) crushed pineapple, undrained
1 c. blueberry pie filling
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

In mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and confectioners sugar until smooth.
Mix in pineapple.
Fold in whipped topping.
Pour into crust.
Freeze about 2 hours or until firm in freezer. Remove 10 minutes before serving.
Serve with blueberry sauce.
