Mexican Grubb - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. extra lean ground beef
    1 large onion
    1 can enchilada sauce
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. milk
    1 small can chopped chilies (if desired)
Preparation
    Cook beef with onion; drain fat. Grease baking dish (it will stick otherwise). Cover dish with Doritos chips (be generous; use small pack). Pour mixture over chips. Bake for 30 minutes at 375\u00b0. Remove from oven. Add grated Cheddar cheese. Return to oven and bake for 5 more minutes. Serve with salad and sour cream.
