Pumpkin Crunch - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large can pumpkin
1 large can evaporated milk
1/4 to 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 box yellow cake mix
2 c. butter or margarine, melted and cooled
1 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Line a 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan with wax paper.
Butter pan and wax paper.
Mix pumpkin, evaporated milk, sugar, eggs and cinnamon together and pour into pan.
Pour 1 box cake mix over pumpkin.
Mix and sprinkle with nuts over cake mix. Spoon melted butter over nuts evenly.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
Check to see if knife comes out clean.
Cool slightly. Turn over and pull off wax paper after cooled.
