Weight Watchers Fruit Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 small lemon yogurt (low or nonfat or your favorite flavor)
    1/4 c. salad dressing (Miracle Whip or fat-free)
    1 large can pineapple chunks, drained
    2 small cans mandarin oranges, drained
    2 bananas, sliced
    1 pkg. instant sugar-free vanilla pudding
    1 (16 oz.) carton lite Cool Whip
Preparation
    Mix yogurt, salad dressing and pudding until creamy.
    Add fruits.
    Stir in carton Cool Whip.
    Chill.
