Pot-Roasted Pork - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 1 1/2-lb. pork roast
    Salt and pepper to taste
    Dash of garlic powder
    1 small onion, sliced
    1 small bay leaf
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    Trim excess fat from roast. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Place sliced onion in crockpot, add bay leaf, soy sauce and water. Cover and cook on low 8-10 hours.
