Grandama'S Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour (self-rising)
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. Crisco shortening
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. vanilla flavoring
    2 tsp. lemon flavoring
    1 tsp. almond flavoring
    6 large eggs
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. frozen fresh coconut
Preparation
    Cream Crisco and sugar in bowl; add salt.
    Alternate flour and eggs.
    Beat until creamy.
    Add flavorings.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
