Barbecue Marinade - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tsp. vegetable oil
    1/4 c. diced onion
    2 Tbsp. plus 2 tsp. low calorie ketchup (6 calories per Tbsp.)
    2 Tbsp. water
    1 tsp. each: Worcestershire sauce and red wine vinegar
    1/2 tsp. powdered mustard
    1/4 to 1/2 tsp. hot sauce
Preparation
    In small saucepan, heat oil; add onion and saute until softened.
    Stir in remaining ingredients and simmer, stirring constantly, for 3 minutes.
    Let cool.
    Use as a marinade with poultry.
