Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. Crisco oil
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. raw coarse ground zucchini
    3 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    3 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    In mixer, beat eggs, sugar, oil and zucchini.
    Add dry ingredients; mix well.
    Add vanilla and nuts.
    Grease and flour 2 regular loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0
    for 1 hour.
    Remove from pan and cool.
