Turkey Burritos(Low-Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. tomato juice
    2 tsp. cornstarch
    1 (12 to 16 oz.) jar mild salsa
    2 tsp. olive oil
    1 bunch green onions, thinly sliced
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 lb. ground turkey breast
    1 (15 oz.) can red kidney beans, drained
    1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies
    6 Tbsp. nonfat sour cream
    10 (8-inch) flour tortillas
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. nonfat shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/4 c. pitted ripe olives (optional)
    1 small tomato
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In a 2-quart saucepan, stir tomato juice, cornstarch and 1/2 cup water until smooth.
    Cook over medium heat, stirring, until mixture boils and thickens slightly. Boil 1 minute.
    Stir in salsa.
    Pour mixture into a 13 x 9-inch glass baking dish; set aside.
