Parmesan Vegetable Toss - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. fresh cauliflower bits
4 c. fresh broccoli flowerets
2 c. fat-free mayonnaise
1/4 c. sugar
1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. wine vinegar
1/2 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. croutons
1/2 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 large head lettuce, cleaned and chopped
8 oz. sliced water chestnuts, drained
Preparation

In a bowl mix well the mayo, sugar, Parmesan, vinegar, basil and salt.
Pour dressing over mixture of broccoli and cauliflower. Cover; refrigerate overnight.
