Red Beans And Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 egg
1 c. skim milk
1 (15 1/2 oz.) can kidney beans
1/2 c. chopped parsley
1 small onion
1 tsp. salt
2 c. cooked rice
1/4 c. grated cheese
Preparation

Beat egg until light; add milk.
Drain kidney beans.
Combine all ingredients; mix well.
Turn into oiled baking dish.
Bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
Yields 4 servings.
