Sweet Potato Surprise - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. mashed and cooked sweet potatoes
    3 Tbsp. milk
    12 marshmallows
    1 c. crushed cornflakes
    oil (for frying)
Preparation
    Mix the potatoes with the milk to make creamy mixture.
    Roll potato mixture around each marshmallow to make balls.
    Roll each ball in the crushed corn flakes and let stand 30 minutes to set. Fry in deep fat.
    Serve at once.
