Rhubarb Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 cups brown sugar
    2/3 c. oil
    1 egg
    1 c. sour cream
    2 1/2 cups flour
    1 1/2 cups rhubarb
    1 tsp. each: salt, soda and vanilla
    1/2 c. nuts
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except sugar and butter. Put
    mixture into 2 loaf pans**. Mix
    sugar and butter. Sprinkle on top. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour.
