Old-Fashioned Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    1 (9-inch) pie shell (unbaked)
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. Baker's Angel Flake coconut
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Blend margarine, sugar and eggs.
    Add vinegar, vanilla and coconut.
    Mix well.
    Turn into pie shell. Bake for 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
