Mary Ann'S Liver Pate - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 Tbsp. onion, minced
    2 Tbsp. pecans, finely chopped
    1 lb. liver sausage (braunschweiger)
    1 Tbsp. milk
Preparation
    Cut cream cheese in half.
    Mix with sausage and onion.
    Line a bowl with Saran Wrap.
    Pat mixture into bowl and chill.
    Mix milk with remaining cream cheese and blend well. Frost meat mixture with cream cheese mixture.
    Garnish with a few whole pecans, if desired.
