Dr. Byrd Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/4 c. corn oil
    1 (8 oz.) crushed pineapple (not drained)
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. diced bananas
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients.
    Put all ingredients together and blend. Do not beat.
    Pour into Bundt pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. Makes 20 servings.
    Stays moist and fresh.
