Coconut Custard Blender Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    2 c. milk
    1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2/3 c. sugar
    6 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 c. flaked coconut
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Heat oven to 300\u00b0.
    Put all ingredients in blender or processor; blend on high for 10 seconds.
    Pour into greased and floured 10-inch pie pan.
    Bake for 1 hour.
    Serve at room temperature or chilled.
    Serves 8. Makes its own crust.
