Chicken A La Can - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 soup can water
    1 c. diced celery
    1 1/2 c. uncooked Minute rice
    1 Tbsp. salt (optional)
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 can boned chicken (1 1/2 c.)
    1 can or 6 oz. water chestnuts, sliced
    potato chips
Preparation
    Combine soups and water in saucepan; mix well.
    Bring to boil on medium heat, stirring constantly.
    Add chicken, celery and chestnuts.
    Stir in well.
    Pour 1/2 soup mixture into greased 13 x 9 x 3-inch dish (pan).
    Add rice by sprinkling on top.
    Add remaining soup mixture.
    Sprinkle top with crushed potato chips (1/2 bag).
    Cover with foil.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
