Crab Rangoon(Appetizer) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can crab meat
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2/3 tsp. steak sauce
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 pkg. wonton skins
Preparation

Blend crab meat with cream cheese and seasoning.
Put 1/2 teaspoon of mixture in center of wonton skin.
Moisten edge of skin with beaten egg white.
Fold square into triangle and twist to seal.
Fry in oil heated to 375\u00b0.
