Baked Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. uncooked shell macaroni, cooked in unsalted water until tender
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. salt
    2 1/2 c. milk
    2 c. (8 oz.) shredded sharp Cheddar cheese, divided
    1 large jar Cheez Whiz (optional)
    1 small bag shredded cheese
    1 c. saltine cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Cook macaroni until tender; drain.
    In medium saucepan, melt butter, stirring in flour, dry mustard and salt.
    Blend in milk. Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened and bubbly.
    Add 1 1/2 cups of cheese.
    Stir until melted.
    Combine macaroni and cheese sauce; mix well.
    Pour into greased casserole dish (approximately 2-quart).
    Top with cheese and crackers.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes or until
    hot and bubbly.
