Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 c. flour
    3/4 tsp. each ground cloves, nutmeg, cinnamon
    3 c. sugar
    2/3 c. water
    1 tsp. salt
    3 tsp. baking soda
    4 eggs
    1 large can (2 c.) pumpkin
    1 c. cooking oil
    2 c. chopped walnuts or pecans (optional)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Combine dry ingredients, then add liquid ingredients and nuts; mix well.
    Coat 2 loaf pans with vegetable spray.
    Pour batter in and bake for 1 hour.
    Cool loaves for 10 minutes, then remove from pans.
