Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. elbow macaroni
    4 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, cubed
Preparation
    Cook macaroni according to directions; drain.
    In a saucepan, melt butter.
    Stir in salt, pepper and flour.
    Gradually stir in milk.
    Cook and stir until thick and bubbly.
    Add cheese.
    Stir until melted.
    Stir macaroni into cheese sauce.
    Turn into 1 1/2-quart casserole (microwave-safe).
    Microwave for 5 minutes on High or bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
