Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can sweet potatoes (1 lb. 7 oz.)
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    3 Tbsp. melted butter
    3 Tbsp. heavy cream or evaporated milk
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. sherry
Preparation
    Drain and mash potatoes.
    Beat in sugar, butter, cream, salt and sherry until light and creamy. Spoon into lightly greased casserole. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
