Salisbury Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 slices white bread
    1/4 c. milk
    1 3/4 lb. beef
    1 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    4 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
    1/3 c. bread crumbs
Preparation
    Remove crust from bread and soak in milk.
    Ring milk from bread.
    Mix with meat thoroughly.
    Add seasonings and mix.
    Make 1-inch meat patties.
    Preheat the broiler.
    Heat 5 minutes on each side.
    Add bacon and bread crumbs and bake for 2 more minutes.
