Chow Mein - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. mushrooms
3 c. celery
1 lb. pork, beef, shrimp or chicken
2 c. onions
1 can bamboo shoots, drained
1 Tbsp. fresh ginger
1 tsp. sugar
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
5 Tbsp. soy sauce
3/4 c. soup stock (I use canned chicken broth)
Preparation

Mix ingredients and add to first mixture.
Heat thoroughly, stirring slowly.
Serves 8 to 10.
