Summer Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. ground beef
    1 Tbsp. garlic or onion salt or half and half
    4 Tbsp. Morton Tender Quick cure salt
    2 Tbsp. black pepper
    2 Tbsp. mustard seed
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together well.
    Cover.
    Put in refrigerator for 4 days.
    Each day mix well with hands.
    On 5th day, shape into 5 logs and put in broiler pan.
    Bake for 8 hours at 150\u00b0.
    Cool, package and freeze.
