Mexican Chicken Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 skinless chicken breasts
    8 finely sliced carrots
    1 large onion, chopped
    6 medium tomatoes, finely chopped
    1 pkg. frozen green peas
    pinch of cayenne pepper
    salt and pepper to taste
    5 medium potatoes, diced
    1 bunch cilantro, finely chopped
    3 c. cabbage, chopped
Preparation
    Cook chicken breasts in water until nearly done.
    Add rest of ingredients and cook until done.
    When done, sprinkle with shredded Monterey cheese and serve.
