Velveeta Salsa Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Velveeta pasteurized process cheese spread, cubed
    1 (8 oz.) jar salsa or 1 (10 oz.) can diced tomatoes and green chilies, drained
    2 Tbsp. chopped cilantro (optional)
Preparation
    Microwave:
    Microwave process cheese spread and salsa or tomatoes and green chilies in a 1 1/2-quart bowl on High for 5 minutes or until thoroughly heated, stirring after 3 minutes.
    Mix in cilantro.
    Serve hot with tortilla chips.
    Makes 3 cups.
