Billy Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients
-
3 c. self-rising flour
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 can favorite beer (it doesn't have to be Billy Beer)
Preparation
-
All you have to do is put the flour in a mixing bowl.
(It has to be self-rising flour.)
Add the sugar and pour in the can of beer.
The beer's the fun part, because it only takes one can and you probably bought at least a six pack to make the bread.
That leaves five cans to build up an appetite.
It's also fun to mix up the dough as it foams and fizzes from the beer, and the aroma is heavenly.
As soon as the dough is formed, put it into a greased bread pan and bake it at 375\u00b0 for an hour or until done.
When it's done, turn it out and brush the loaf with melted butter.
