Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 yeast cakes
    1 1/3 c. shortening (oil)
    2 c. scalded milk (use nonfat dry)
    12 to 16 c. flour
    2 c. mashed potatoes (use potato flakes mixed as directed)
    1 c. lukewarm water
    1 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water. Add shortening, eggs and mashed potatoes. Add milk and flour alternately.
    Knead. Place in a greased bowl and let rise.
    Knead down.
    Put in refrigerator or make into rolls as desired.
    May leave in refrigerator overnight.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes until golden brown.
