Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small can Baker's coconut
    1 stick butter
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except vinegar.
    Mix well; then add vinegar.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour in an unbaked pie shell.
