Ann Marie'S Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    dash of salt
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. oil
    4 eggs
    2 c. finely grated raw carrots
    1 (8 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    3 1/2 oz. flaked coconut
Preparation
    Sift together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon.
    Add the sugar, oil and eggs.
    Mix well.
    Add the carrots, pineapple, nuts and coconut.
    Blend thoroughly.
    Pour into a well-greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 60 minutes.
    Cool and frost.
