Spaghetti Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 c. chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes, cut up
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (4 oz.) can mushroom pieces and stems, drained
2 tsp. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. dried oregano, crushed
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dried basil, crushed
8 oz. spaghetti, broken, cooked and drained
1 to 2 c. shredded Mozzarella
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
Preparation

In Dutch oven, cook the ground beef, chopped onion and minced garlic until beef is browned and onion is tender.
Drain off excess fat.
Stir in undrained tomatoes, tomato sauce, mushrooms, sugar, oregano, salt and basil. Bring meat mixture to boiling. Boil gently, uncovered, for 20 to 25 minutes, stirring sauce occasionally. Remove meat mixture from heat. Stir in drained spaghetti.
Place half of this mixture in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese. Top with remaining meat/spaghetti mix and sprinkle with Parmesan.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
