Orange Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. orange juice
    1 c. water
    2 pkg. small orange jello
    1 pt. orange sherbet
    1/2 pt. sour cream
    2 cans mandarin oranges
    1/2 c. coconut
    1 small can pineapple chunks, drained
Preparation
    Heat orange juice and water until hot. Add jello and stir until dissolved. Chill until syrupy. Heat until fluffy.
    Beat in sherbet and sour cream. Add remaining ingredients; chill until set. Yields 16 to 20 servings.
