Mexican Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (4 lb.) boiled chicken, boned and salted
    1 c. onion, chopped
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1 (2 oz.) jar pimento
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 (6 1/2 oz.) pkg. taco Doritos (or any other flavor)
    1 (1 lb.) pkg. Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Mix chicken, onion, pepper and pimento in 13 x 9 x 2-inch casserole.
    Cover with 1/2 of Doritos.
    In a saucepan, simmer 1/2 of cheese, mushroom soup, chicken soup and Ro-Tel tomatoes; pour over chicken.
    Stir.
    Put the remainder of melted cheese on top; sprinkle with remainder of Doritos.
    Bake for 10 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven or until heated through.
    Freezes well.
