Chinese Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. oil
    1 clove garlic, finely minced
    1 large yellow onion, sliced razor thin
    2 stalks celery, sliced diagonally
    2 large fresh zucchini, cut thin
    1/2 head cabbage, thinly sliced
    3 carrots, sliced diagonally
    1 green pepper, cut in thin julienne strips
    1/4 to 1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
    4 water chestnuts, thinly sliced
    4 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    Heat oil in a deep skillet.
    Cook garlic and onions 2 to 3 minutes.
    Add celery, zucchini, cabbage, carrots and green pepper. Cook 2 or 3 minutes and add mushrooms, water chestnuts and soy sauce.
    Stir and cook for 3 or 4 minutes.
    Crunchy and good with any meat.
    Serves 6.
