Banana Fritters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 bananas
    3 Tbsp. plain flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. milk
    1 egg white
    1/2 c. castor sugar
    1/3 c. cornflour
Preparation
    Peel bananas and cut in half.
    Sift flour, baking powder and salt into bowl.
    Mix to smooth batter with milk.
    Beat egg white until soft peaks form.
    Fold lightly into batter.
    Drop banana pieces into batter then deep fry in hot oil until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
    Toss in sugar.
    Serve hot with cream.
