Linguini With Clam Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 oz. linguini
    2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans minced clams
    1/4 c. thinly sliced onions
    1 clove garlic, minced
    2 Tbsp. margarine or butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    dash of pepper
    1/2 c. sliced pitted ripe olives
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    3/4 c. milk
Preparation
    Cook linguini according to package directions; keep warm. Drain clams.
    Reserve 1/4 cup juice.
    In microwave-safe casserole, cook onion, garlic and margarine, covered, on 100% power until onion is tender.
    Stir in flour, pepper and milk.
    Cook, uncovered, on High for 3 to 5 minutes.
    Add clams, juice, olives and parsley.
    Cook, uncovered, on High for 1 to 2 minutes.
    Toss with linguini.
    Serves 3 to 4.
