Italian Pizzelles - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 eggs
3 1/2 c. sugar
8 tsp. baking powder
dash of salt
1 lb. melted butter (not hot)
5 to 6 c. flour
anise/anise seed
Preparation
-
Heat your Italian waffle iron.
After mix all the ingredients all together.
Drop by teaspoon on the hot iron.
Cool.
Makes a lot.
