Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. salad oil
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    3 c. unsifted flour
    1 c. chopped walnuts
    2 c. grated, raw, unpeeled zucchini
Preparation
    Beat eggs until foamy.
    Gradually add oil and sugar.
    Add zucchini, vanilla, salt, cinnamon, baking powder and soda; mixing well.
    Gradually blend in flour, mixing well after each addition. Add chopped walnuts.
    Pour in greased Bundt pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Cool 10 minutes.
